Fatal MVA with Rollover and Ejection in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, NY - Montgomery FD responded to a MVA with rollover and ejection on Route 211 and Canning Road on December 27, 2022. Montgomery Police and Montgomery EMS also responded. A MedEvac was requested from Hackensack with an 11 minute ETA, but was canceled by Car 1 after a doctor on scene pronounced the victim deceased due to injuries sustained in the MVA. New York State Police blocked off Route 211 and Canning Road during the incident. The Montgomery Police Dept. is investigating the accident.
