Newburgh FD-City/Newburgh Police responded to 27 Water Street on eighth of December pedestrain struck by motor vehicle. FD assisted pedestrain at scene-Empress EMS arrived

and transported male subject to Montifore-St Lukes Hospital. Police blocked Water Street off at Washington Street and Second Street. Crime scene tape was placed in area where

pedestrain was struck. New York State Police assisted at scene. Newburgh Police was going to reconstruct accident scene-no word on pedestrain condition,City/Newburgh Police
