Henrietta Home Deemed Unlivable After Fire

HENRIETTA, NY - On Wednesday, October 26th at 7:45 P.M., Henrietta firefighters were dispatched to a house fire at 220 Cheney Parkway. Units were on location within three minutes to find smoke coming from the home. The fire was under control within 20 minutes and there were no injuries reported. The house was deemed unlivable due to smoke and heat damage. The Red Cross was assisting the occupants. The Monroe County Fire Bureau was investigating the cause. Also assisting at the scene were CHS Ambulance and the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
