Upon arrival, Tower 21 was assigned to assist with fireground operations, primarily supporting overhaul activities. Crews worked alongside mutual aid partners to ensure complete extinguishment of remaining hot spots and to check for hidden fire extension within walls, ceilings, and concealed spaces of the structure.

In addition to overhaul duties, Tower 21 also contributed to maintaining scene safety and supporting ongoing fireground operations as crews worked to bring the incident fully under control.

The unit remained on scene for approximately two hours before being released after completing assigned tasks. The response highlighted strong regional mutual aid coordination during a major multi-alarm structure fire.
