New Britain, CT. - A fire involving several vehicles was put out by the New Britain Fire Department in the rear lot of Copart at 138 Christian Lane on July 24th. The lot is full of repairable salvage and insurance autos for auctions. The main building is located in New Britain, but the rear lot extends into the Town of Newington where the fire was located. The cause is under investigation.
