On July 13th, Winona Lake-Orange Lake and Goodwill FD responded to a three vehicle MVA on Interstate 84 eastbound in area of exit ramp to Route 52. One vehicle left roadway and was located in bushy. area-tractor trailer was stopped in passing lane third vehicle was on side of ramp. Town/Newburgh EMS/ Police and New York State Police and Sheriff vehicle was at scene. Everyone was out of their vehicles. Everyone refused medical treatment. Interstate 84 eastbound had one lane open during the accident investigation. State Police was investigating the cause. One subject was arrested at the scene and transported to SP Montgomery for processing. State DOT handled traffic till Winona Lake Fire Police arrived. Ramp was closed during the accident.
