Newburgh FD responded to a motorcycle/vehicle MVA with fire on Water Street north of Washington Street on April 17th. Command arrived

with injured subject. Empress EMS transported subject to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital. Firefighters stood by- City/Newburgh requested New York
