Newburgh FD responded to report of vehicle striking the Rite Aid store on Broadway and Wisner Ave. Units arrived and found vehicle into guard rail
at 40 Wisner Ave on April 18th. Firefighter's Spread speedy dry on fluids on roadway and assisted every One out of vehicle. Empress was on scene.
City/Newburgh Police blocked Wisner Ave off. Three subjects in vehicle refused medical treatment. City/Newburgh Police investigating the cause.
