Pooler Fire-Rescue has recently taken delivery of a used 2012 Pierce Arrow XT Heavy Rescue apparatus. Before it was delivered to Pooler Fire-Rescue it had a 2021 minor refurbishment performed by Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus. This apparatus formerly served the Arlington County Fire Department. Rescue 601 will be used to respond to extrications, technical rescue and water rescue calls for service throughout the Pooler Ga area. It is assigned to Pooler Fire Station 1.
