Photo by RON JEFFERSAccording to the new census, New Jersey has grown in population. It gets harder to respond and park vehicles at emergency incidents in our congested cities. Jersey City Deputy 1 made its own parking space behind intersection barriers on Summit Avenue, and then a walk on Irving Street to what became a 5-alarm fire on Aug. 25th.
