The unit was originally purchased from the Paxtonia Fire Co., where it ran as Truck 34. On March 2nd, a major accident occurred between L.4 and a neighboring rescue vehicle on Rt 309 while responding to a dwelling fire. According to the fire company's website, L.4 was towed away from their station for the last time as the condition of L.4 is considered "totaled" and its fate remains unknown.
