?At 1:23 pm on December 16, the department was dispatched to a single-vehicle accident on Limerick Center Rd. Reports stated a car ran into a tree before overturning. Rescue 51, Fire Police 51, Deputy 51, Limerick Police, and Freedom Valley EMS responded. Field 51-2 also responded to assist with removing the tree from the road. Fire police shut Limerick Center Rd between Ferndale Rd and Airport Rd. Crews arrived, cleared debris from the road, spread oil dry around the road, and cut and removed the tree. Once the tow truck came and removed the vehicle, all were made available and Limerick Center Rd was reopened to traffic.
