CAR FIRE EXTENDS TO HOME IN WEST SAYVILLE

On December 13, 2024 the West Sayville FD was activated for a vehicle fire at 35 Colony Drive. 2nd Assistant Chief Michael Chiesa arrived quickly on scene and upgraded the call to a working structure fire as it had already extended into the garage and attic. Mutual aid was received from the Sayville, Bohemia, Bayport and East Islip Fire Departments as Community Ambulance provided rehab support.
