New York City's Emergency Service agencies were deployed to Times Square in advance of tonight's Ball Drop Celebration. Special thanks to the NYPD/ FDNY/ NYC Emergency Managment and the many Federal Law Enforcement Partners including the FBI and Homeland Security.
