RIDGEFIELD PARK SWEARS IN 2025 FIRE OFFICERS

Ridgefield Park, N.J.     On the evening of December 10th, new volunteer fire officers were sworn in during a Board of Commissioners meeting at Village Hall.  The new positions take effect on January 1, 2025.

               

Chief of Department William Lynn was away attending an apparatus inspection trip, so Assistant Chief Jacob Zardoya read the chief's annual report to the commissioners.  The report noted that the volunteer firefighters had attend some 3,000-hours of training during the year and the department had answered over 400 alarms.

                 

Once again, Commissioner John Anlian praised the volunteers, and their families, for the sacrifices they make to protect the community.

                  

Along with Chief Lynn, his assistant chiefs will be Jacob Zardoya and Michael Alberque.  

                  

Engine Co. 1 officers are Captain Christopher Santana and Lieutenant Peter Arciuolo.  For Engine Co. 2 : Captain Timothy Rudersdorf, 1st Lt. Matthew McGurty and 2nd Lt. Andreas Faciolince.  Hose Co. 3: Captain Brian Dolch, 1st Lt. Donald Jump and 2nd Lt. Richard Pickett.  Ladder Co. 1: Captain Mark Alberque, 1st Lt. John Van Buskirk and 2nd Lt. Brian Nevins.  Truck Co. 2: Captain Luis Cruz, 1st Lt. Raymond Dembski and 2nd Lt. Robert Fuchs.
