WALTHAM, MA - A report came in on November 17th for a car that rolled down an embankment after exiting a car wash. It was reported with entrapment. Waltham Engine 3, Squad 5 and Medic 1 were dispatched. Firefighters reported the female driver was not entrapped. Firefighters from Squad 5 used a chainsaw to cut the brush surrounding the vehicle so a construction crane could raise the vehicle up and out of the hill. The driver was taken to Newton Wellesley Hospital with minor injuries. A year ago, a car exiting this car wash crashed the an office building.
