WEST BABYLON, NY - Just before 2:00 P.M. on Saturday November 5th, the East Farmingdale Fire Company and Republic Airport Crash Fire Rescue were dispatched to a reported plane down in the Beth Moses Cemetery. Upon arrival, emergency crews discovered a small aircraft down in the cemetery. Two souls on board the aircraft had self-extricated and were evaluated by EMS and transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
