CEDAR HAMMOCK, FL - As another hot afternoon was coming to an end, Cedar Hammock Fire District was dispatched to a reported structure fire on September 5th at 812 52nd Ave Terr. West. As units responded, they reported to dispatch a large black column. The fire was located in Vista Del Lago mobile home park. On arrival, heavy fire and smoke was coming from side “B-C”. Everyone made it out of the structure. The structure was only a couple feet off a major road. Florida Highway Patrol and Manatee County Sheriffs provided traffic control.
