Shirley, N.Y.- On July 9th in the morning hours around 7:00 AM the Mastic Beach Fire Department and Mastic Beach Ambulance were dispatched to the intersection of Havenwood Dr and William Floyd Parkway. Mastic Beach FD Dispatched a Crew for Rescue truck 5-13-4 to the scene as well as a fire police crew to assist with traffic control while members operated on scene. Firefighters quickly secured the vehicle and cleaned up all fluids with speedy-dry.
Mastic Beach Ambulance Members were on scene and evaluated all and transported at least 1 to a local hospital according to officials. No one was seriously hurt in the incident. Traffic was diverted around the incident for about 45 minutes.
