Scooterist Crashes into Car, Requiring Med-Evac in Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, NJ - On Saturday, August 24th, a male on a scooter struck a parked car in Avenel (Middlesex County, NJ). First arriving police and EMS units found the middle-aged male with a head fracture and requested a landing zone. The landing zone was established at Woodbridge High School by members of Woodbridge Fire. New Jersey State Police NorthSTAR responded to the landing zone and transported the patient to Robert Wood Johnson Trauma Center in New Brunswick.
