BRADENTON, FL - As Hurricane Debby exited Manatee County in August, fire departments were left with a wake of disaster. East Manatee Fire and Rescue received a call of an explosion in a mobile home park at 3300 26th Ave. East. On arrival, they found the back of the structure well-involved. Units were backed up on calls and the mobile home park had no hydrants. After a while, the second due engine arrived and provided the much-needed water.
