Multiple Departments Respond to Working Structure Fire in Old Westbury

OLD WESTBURY, NY - On July 21st, Roslyn Fire Companies were activated for a residential structure fire at 12 Saddle Ridge Rd.
A column of smoke could be seen from the distance, and on arrival of the chief, he found heavy fire throughout the structure and immediately transmitted the second-alarm. Crews responded in and found no occupants inside the residence. The fire was extinguished and the scene was placed under control two hours later.
There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
