On June 22, the Bridgewater Fire Department responded to reports of a working structure fire in East Bridgewater as part of a mutual aid assignment.
Group 4 despatched Engine 4 and Ambulance 4 to help at the location. In order to maintain staffing and emergency coverage within Bridgewater while crews worked on the mutual aid assignment, the response necessitated the recall of additional off-duty workers.
