At 3:19 pm, the department was dispatched for a vehicle fire in a driveway on Aronimink Dr. Ladder 51, Engine 51, Squad 51, Deputy 51, and Fire Police responded. Crews from Ladder 51 worked to extinguish the fire while Engine 51 and Squad 51 crews checked the garage for any extensions. A light smoke condition was found in the attic but no damage to the garage or residence occurred due to the car fire. Once the fire was extinguished, the department cleared the scene and was made available within the hour.
