POINT PLEASANT, NJ - Members of Point Pleasant Beach Fire Company No. 2 arrived at Point Pleasant on June 19th to help with several building fires on Sunrise Drive. According to officials, crews from Engines 4201, 4301 and 4211 helped firefighters from Point Pleasant Fire Department Station 75 put out two house fires. Strong gusts and high temperatures made it difficult for firefighters to suppress the situation. Several companies worked together to contain the fires and prevent more damage.
