Upper Hanover Twp.- On May 25th at 7:10 a.m., the East Greenville Fire Co. was dispatched to a building fire on Blommer Dr. in the township. Upon arrival, they had smoke showing from the exterior. The officer in charge called Montgomery County Radio to upgrade the call to a second-alarm for more manpower and more apparatus. Assisting East Greenville Fire Co. were Pennsburg, Red Hill, Green Lane, Milford, Trumbauersville, Hereford, Upper Milford, and Lower Milford. Upper Perk and Bally EMS units were also on the scene. Fire Police from the local fire companies also assisted. There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is pending the outcome of the investigation.
