Bethehem- Crews were dispatched to a large one story rectangular detached garage fire at around 20:30 hrs. on Dec. 9th 2024. Heavy black smoke was showing to the rear of 813-815 E.4th St. on Mechanic St. and command requested a second alarm. For a while, flames did penetrate a minor portion of the roof and were quickly knocked down. The cause of the fire is unknown.
