All Hands fatal Fire
First due units reported fire showing from the third floor of a 3 story frame building with a business on the first floor and apartments above on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Companies went to work on an interior attack and then transitioned to defensive ops for a brief period before returning to the interior. Electric and utility lines prohibited any meaningful aerial apparatus work from division A.
One civilian perished in the fire.
