YAPHANK, NY - Around 1:30 AM on April 16th, the Yaphank Fire Department was activated for a reported residential structure fire one German Blvd. On arrival of 5-30-31, he had heavy fire showing from the attic. Crews responded in, extinguished all fire, started overhaul and went back into service a short time later.
