QUINCY, MA - On the afternoon of the subfreezing day of March 2nd, fire companies were met with heavy smoke showing from a three-story wood/balloon frame house at 85 Safford Street. Companies were hampered by heavy clutter conditions and very cold temperatures. There were no reported injuries.
