Vails Gate FD responded to a vehicle fire on State Route 32 in area of Walgreens on January Fourth. Firefighters used hand line
to extinguish the fire-firefighters then spread speedy dry on fluids on roadway. New Windsor Police blocked road off while
firefighters extinguish fire. State DOT called due to ice on roadway. New Windsor Police called for tow truck. PD was waiting for DOT
to show up before opening the road.
