TYNGSBOROUGH, MA - Tyngsborough Fire duty crew and all call companies were dispatched to 24 Fletcher Street for a building fire on January 27th.
Upon arrival, police officers were able to assist an occupant from the building while the fire department mounted efforts to locate a second reported victim. Crews were able to hold fire in check while successfully removing the second victim. Following removal, a second-alarm was struck and companies switched to a defensive posture until the heavy fire darkened down enough to allow them to go back in.
