ANDOVER, NH - On December 28, 2024, Andover firefighters were dispatched to a report of a barn fire on Hoyt Road at 8:27 P.M. The Andover Fire Chief arrived to find a 40X40 garage fully-involved. A first-alarm assignment was transmitted, bringing mutual aid from Franklin, Tilton-Northfield, New London and other area departments for tankers. Over a thousand-foot supply line was run along the ice-covered dirt road to the scene. No injuries were reported, and the fire is under investigation.
