Kill Devil Hills (Dare County NC) fire department is a fully career fire department. Running out of one fire station located at 1634 North Croatan Highway. The station was opened in late summer 2024 with tons of high-tech equipment and the latest innovative technology. The department runs 2 engines and 1 ladder. Kill Devil Hills fire department runs all fire emergencies as well as ALS medical calls. their first due area includes many commercial and residential buildings. The busiest time of year is summer when all of the vacationers are in town.
