Metro Life Flight 3 along with Promedica Air 1 helicopters performed a 2 aircraft formation 4 flyby demo at the 2024 Cleveland,Ohio airshow featuring the United States Blue Angels and the farewell tour of the A-10 Demo team. Metro Life Flight had 1 aircraft along with an ambulance and a shirt sales booth on display for the airshow. While on display the aircraft was taken off from display to perform a demo with Promedica Air. Once the demo was completed Metro Life Flight landed and went back on display and Promedica Air went back to its base at the Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport.
