North Plainfield, N.J. — August 2 — After being sworn in as the newest Firefighter/EMTs with the North Plainfield Fire Department, Brian Marshall and Nicholas Heuschkel were greeted by North Plainfield Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 2958.

As they joined the department's emergency response unit, the ceremony represented a significant turning point in their careers. Both members were greeted by Local 2958, who expressed excitement about collaborating with them in the next years. The department is situated at 8 Lincoln Pl., North Plainfield, N.J. 07060, and the ceremony was held there.

As they respond to fire, rescue, and emergency medical calls across the city, the new firemen will work alongside their fellow members. They increased the department's workforce and gave the local fire service two more qualified emergency responders.
