Bristol Fire Department Honors Lt. Bob Lavoie's Retirement

After serving the City of Bristol for 25 years, Lt. Robert "Bob" Lavoie retired from the Bristol Fire Department on July 7.


Lavoie gained the respect of his fellow firefighters while serving the department and the community in a range of emergency response capacities. Department officials wished him well in retirement and commended him for his years of service, professionalism, and devotion.


Over the course of his 25-year career, Lavoie's accomplishments and enduring influence were acknowledged by the department.
