In order to preserve vital life-saving skills, members of the North Scituate Fire Department participated in a CPR refresher course in June with members from the Chopmist Hill Fire Department. Current CPR recommendations, patient evaluation methods, and emergency response protocols utilized in medical emergencies were all covered in the course.
