Gainesville, GA - Hall County Fire Rescue crews responded during storm conditions to assist in the rescue of an injured black Labrador retriever that was trapped in a ravine.
Squad and engine personnel located the animal in a wooded area and carefully carried it out to safety. Once freed, the dog was turned over for veterinary care for further evaluation and treatment.
The rescue highlighted the department’s commitment to assisting all members of the community, including animals in distress, even under challenging weather conditions.
