FF Mario Fernandez, life member and ex Captain of Bogota Hook & Ladder Co. 1, passed away on September 11,2020 at the age of 83. He was named New Jersey Fireman of the year in 1986 for his efforts in saving the lives of three workers at the Tilcon factory fire on March 25,1986.
