Witmer Public Safety Group (WPSG) dba TheFireStore is excited to announce the addition of Dawn Landers as our first-ever Director of Product Management, a newly created role on our Leadership Team. Dawn officially joined WPSG/TheFireStore on Monday, November 4, 2024, with extensive experience in merchandising and product management to help propel our mission forward.

As Director of Product Management, Dawn will oversee key strategic initiatives, including:

• Product Strategy and Vision
• Merchandising
• Product Life Cycle Management
• Inventory Optimization and Analytics
• Item Master Data Integrity

In addition, Dawn will guide the development of her department, starting with the leadership of our current Merchandising Team. Over time, she will expand her team to meet the demands of this critical role. Collaboration with other departments will be a cornerstone of her work, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact her leadership will have across the organization.

Dawn joins us with a wealth of experience from respected companies such as Blair, Cabela’s, Carters (OshKosh), and VF Corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from McMurry University in Texas and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
