Hotel fire kills one, injures others

VINCENNES, IN - Monday, November, 23, 2009, Emergency crews in Southern Indiana were called to the Days Inn in Vincennes around 2:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, they found a fire in Room 172.
Firefighters entered the room and found one victim. The victim was a 30-year-old from Indianapolis, IN. Two other patients are in critical condition.
Vincennes Fire Department and the Indiana Fire Marshal's Office are investigating the fire. No cause has been determined as of today, however no signs of criminal activity have been found at the scene.
Vincennes Police Department and Vincennes Fire Department were the only crews at the scene.
