HUDSON, FL - Around 6:30 P.M. on November 27th, a structure fire call for 12706 Cornell Ct came in. Engines 21, 10 and 11, T21, R11, Truck 1, E30, AT1, Bat 1, and Bat 2 responded to the scene. The fire was in a one-story dwelling. Companies went to work and firefighters went in to remove 7 animals. One dog and three cats sadly perished in the fire, and three other cats survived due to the incredible work of the PCFD, as they worked feverishly on the family pets. After being revived, the three were transported to a vet hospital.
