An extra-alarm fire broke out at a senior citizen high-rise building on the city's near West Side.The CHA senior high-rise, called the Patrick Sullivan Apartments, is located at 1633 W. Madison. WGN-TV is hearing reports that three people have been injured. The fire has been struck, but there is a Plan 2 in effect which calls for about 10 ambulances.
