Vehicles collide in Mastic Beach

Mastic Beach, NY- at about 1:15 PM the Mastic Beach Fire Department was called to a report of a vehicle crash on Neighborhood Rd near Brushwood Dr. Chief of department Fred Loiacono and Assistant Chief Jeff McGown advised they were responding. FireCom radioed back to them to let them know that the accident was called in by Mastic Beach Ambulance.
On arrival the chiefs found a 2 car crash with minor injuries and some clean up needed. Rescue 4 came in to the scene with the crew putting down speedy dry and cleaning up the fluids. Mastic Beach Ambulance checked out the occupants of both vehicles no serious injuries were reported the road was closed for about 20 minutes
