Fire Destroys Mobile Home in Spring Hill

SPRING HILL, FL - Just after 9:00 P.M. on October 2nd, a fire call came in reporting a mobile home on fire at 3276 Marina Way. Dispatchers reported to responding companies that fire was in a mobile home and possibly spreading to the trees around. Engines 12, 1 and 5, BC 1, BC 2, Rescues 1 and 12 were on the 1st due assignment. Firefighters quickly stretched two lines and were able to make a great knock on the fire. The occupant of the home was able to get out. The fire destroyed the home and is under investigation.
