At 12:28 pm, the department was dispatched for a brush fire on Mill Rd. Field 51-1, Field 51-2, Engine 51, Tanker 51, and Fire Police responded. Crews arrived with heavy smoke in the area and saw that a sizable portion of the property was burnt. They worked to extinguish the flames and water down hotspots before the fire spread further. Tanker 51 provided water supply for Field 51-1. Please be mindful of and adhere to the burning regulations in Limerick Township!
