Newburgh FD responded to a truck off roadway in area of Scobie Drive on 4th of September-City/Newburgh Police was at scene. Driver was inside vehicle
Empress EMS evaluated driver-Refused Medical Treatment. Firefighters checked truck for hazards and stood by for tow truck. Road was down to one lane
in area of incident. City/Newburgh Police investigating the cause. Water Department was notified of hydrant that was taken down during accident.
