Pennsburg, Sunday August 15, '21, 12:30 PM---Pennsburg Fire Co. was dispatched to a dryer fire on Main St. at the laundramat. Arriving on the scene Chief 65 called Montgomery County Dispatch to put in another alarm for additional manpower to handle the assignment. The fire was brought under control within the half hour. Thanks to the additional manpower, the damage was held to a minimun. There were no injuries. The building was evacuated upon arrival. Assisting Pennsburg were East Greenville, Red Hill, Green Lane, Milford, and Trumbauersville fire companies. Fire Police from the local fire companies were also at the scene and so was an EMS Unit from Upper Perk and Upper Perk Borough police.
