Following a car accident on Reservoir Road in Turbett Township on July 30, Friendship Fire Company No. 1 received mutual help from Mifflintown Hose Company No. 1.
When crews got there, they discovered a truck on its side. The driver was unharmed after self-extricating. Before leaving the area, Mifflintown staff helped with the situation.
The crash was handled by Utility 1, Engine 2, and MICU 15-2. While responders dealt with the situation, the response gave Friendship Fire Company No. 1 more resources.
